The 10 Reusable Prompts Every Solopreneur Needs

This is where things get exciting! A 'prompt' is simply what you type into ChatGPT. The better your prompt, the better the response. In this module, you'll get 10 ready-to-use prompts that cover the most common tasks solopreneurs face. Just copy, paste, customize with your details, and watch AI do the heavy lifting.

Learning Objective

Master 10 proven prompts you can use every day to handle common business tasks faster.

1

How to Write Great Prompts (The Basics)

Before we dive into the 10 prompts, here's a simple formula for writing great prompts:

The RICE Formula:

R = Role: Tell ChatGPT who to act as ('Act as a friendly email writer...')

I = Instructions: Be specific about what you want ('Write a 3-paragraph email...')

C = Context: Give background information ('The client missed our meeting...')

E = Examples: Show what good looks like ('Here's the tone I want: warm but professional')

The more specific you are, the better the response. Think of it like giving instructions to a new employee — the clearer you are, the better they perform.
